Kelley's Flow Yoga Class

Monday noon to 1:15  
Thursday 8:30 am – 9:45 am
Classes cost $10
Classes are vigorous, including sun salutations, balance poses, breath work, and 15 minute meditation with a head-rub. Please join us at lunchtime (noon to 1:15) on Mondays or before work or after the kids go to school (8:30 to 9:45) on Thursdays.
