The Multipurpose Room on Arlington
 
 
-Thank you for your interest in holding your event in
The Multipurpose Room at The Women's Wellness and Education Center.
-Below is some basic information on our room rentals.
-Attached is an application.

*Applications must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.
 
Multipurpose Room Hours: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
 
  • $25 first hour and $10 per hour for each additional hour. This includes set-up  and clean-up time. You will be charged for additional time spent in the room outside the time agreed to in the rental agreement.
  • Arrangements can be made to reserve the Multipurpose Room on a weekly or monthly basis with prior approval.
  • Maximum capacity is 40 people.
  • We will provide up to 20 chairs and two folding tables.
  • All events are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny requests which we deem inconsistent with our vision and mission statements.
  • A security deposit in the form of a personal or cashier’s check in the amount of $100 is required before the Multipurpose Room is released and will be returned to you (after any deduction for cleaning or damages) after your event within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Please let us know if your event will be above a noise level that is not conducive with the business that is presently going on the in the building. We would like to give our present tenants an atmosphere they can work in, plus provide this beautiful public space. Louder events are easily scheduled for evenings or weekends.
  • Due to HIPPA laws we are not able to let outside event holders into tenants private offices. Please feel free to use the bathroom, the Multipurpose Room, and back porch with kitchenette.
  • You must be over 21 years of age to rent the Multipurpose Room
  • A Women’s Wellness and Education Center representative must check you in and do a walk-through with an inspection both before and after your event
  • The room must be left in the same condition as when rented in order for the entire security deposit to be returned
  • Any cost to the Women’s Wellness and Education Center for additional cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit
  • By renting the Multipurpose Room, you agree to allow the Women’s Wellness and Education Center, LLC to offer your participants the opportunity to sign up for The Women’s Wellness and Education Center, LLC  mailing list.
  • Public events will be considered for listing  on our website free of charge if they are consistent with our vision and mission statements . Please submit a short description with application.

If you are interested in renting the Multipurpose Space, please take a look at available dates and time on our calendar, then fill out the application below.  You will be contacted within 2 business days for additional information or with the status of your application.  We do offer discounted rates for valid non profits!
